Once the contamination is verified, we will gladly replace the affected culture. Replacements will be processed and shipped with your next order.

Agar Plates – Made to Order
Agar plates are made to order and require 2 days for monitoring to ensure quality. Any orders containing agar plates will have a 3-day processing period before they are shipped.
